How to Book:

Click 'Book Now' to be redirected to select your Booth Babe rental package (4 or 8 Hours). From there, you'll choose your event date and time on the calendar. After selecting your date, you will complete your event details, select any add-ons, and submit your request. Your information will then be sent to The Booth Babe to confirm availability for your selected date. 

Once your date has been confirmed, you will receive an email containing a secure DocuSign link to review and execute your Booth Babe Rental Agreement. Please carefully read the agreement and complete all required signatures, initials, and dates in the designated sections. A fully executed copy will be provided to you for your records.

Once your signed Rental Agreement is received by The Booth Babe, an invoice will be emailed to you for payment via PayPal. The invoice will outline all selected services in detail and reflect the required deposit amount. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and will be applied toward your total balance.

The Booth Babe will send a courtesy reminder email three (3) weeks before your event date. This is the appropriate time to review your event details and request any changes. If you wish to add additional services, please contact The Booth Babe at that time. A revised invoice reflecting any approved additions will be emailed to you. 

To keep your event date secured, the remaining balance must be paid fourteen (14) days before your event date. You may submit your remaining balance by accessing the original invoice previously sent via email. The invoice will remain active and available for payment until the balance is paid in full. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please submit your request via email before this deadline. All changes are subject to the terms outlined in your Rental Agreement, including our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
